About the role
We are looking for a creative mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. The purpose of this role is to:
- Design visually aesthetic and on brand assets for digital and print materials across social, EDM, website assets and packaging.
- Work closely with the Design Lead to ensure all design assets maintain brand consistency and adhere to brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
- Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video content.
About you
What you will bring to the role:
- A minimum of three years' experience in graphic design, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Experience with photography is not essential but would be a bonus!
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or the equivalent experience.
