Our global professional services client is seeking a GRC Specialist to join their team in Canberra or Melbourne.
This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on some of the largest Cyber Security engagements.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Lead the development of client deliverables and oversee day-to-day delivery of client engagements.
- Develop Risk-Based Assurance and Monitoring Frameworks.
- Provide SME advice to build team capacity and integrate capabilities, ensuring client engagements are delivered to the highest quality.
- Collaborate with analysts and grow your ability to lead and support Government projects.
- Work as part of teams delivering tangible outcomes on significant government reforms and transformation projects.
- Grow and develop alongside a team of experienced management consultants.
- Be part of an inclusive, diverse, and supportive culture.
- Contribute to the implementation of strategic outcomes for the Australian Government.
- Be a people person with a passion for sharing public sector cybersecurity insights and tailoring communication for diverse audiences.
- Get excited about generating innovative ideas to improve processes and solve complex problems.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have high attention to detail.
- Have experience of:
- Minimum 3+ years of public sector cybersecurity experience.
- Prior experience working on Government Projects.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Information Security Manual (ISM) and/or IRAP processes.
- Proven experience as a Cyber Security practitioner with relevant GRC knowledge.
- Assessment experience with the Essential Eight Maturity Model.
- Team leadership experience.
- Experience with security and risk standards like ISM, PSPF, DSPF, NIST CSF, ISO 27001-2, ITIL, COBIT, AS/NZS 4360.
