Exciting opportunity for experienced Clinical Support Nurse to join MHVL Learning Team at Werribee Mercy Hospital in a permanent full time or part time position. Provide expert clinical knowledge and clinical care in a growing Emergency Department/ Short Stay Unit to build nursing workforce capacity. Modelling and applying the principles of best practice, leadership, training and development opportunities.
- Provides best practice and guidance to enable professional development of knowledge and skill.
- The Clinical Support Nurse works in partnership with Learning Team and the Emergency Department/ Short Stay Unit to ensure continuing professional development activities are in line with the delivery of clinical excellence.
- Identifies and priorities the professional development needs of nursing staff and learners.
- Seeking enthusiastic, motivated and experienced Clinical Support Nurse
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Postgraduate qualifications in Emergency Nursing
- Clinical experience in paediatric nursing
- Certificate IV Training and Assessment
- Recent education experience "Desirable"
