About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Greenkeeper to assist in delivering quality sports turf maintenance at one of our site in Windsor, Sydney.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in encouraging a great team culture and leading from the front to deliver quality sports turf and green spaces around the site. This role is fully hands on, and you would be expected to help lead and mentor the team using your previous knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Time management skills, organised and reliable
- Effective communication both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience with nutrition programs (desirable)
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills (desirable)
- Drivers Licence (desirable)
- Police Check and Working with children (or willingness to obtain)

About You
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management
- Valid drivers' license
- Relevant experience in plant care and landscaping.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
