AddressWe are seeking self-motivated and enthusiastic, Greenkeepers and Groundsmen to work with our golf course maintenance team in the Melbourne Northeast region. These are full-time position, with all full-time benefits attached. The role may also require additional rostered weekend work. Your contributions will add value to the overall experience of our members and guests.

- Standard Greenkeeper Turf duties

- Sports Turf management and Greenkeeping
- Aerating
- High end Horticultural Gardening
- Weeding
- Chemical application
- Maintenance based tasks across commercial sites
- Using machinery and tools
- Flora identification and management
- Working within a team
- Early starts and early finishes
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience working within the Golf course or Landscaping industry is Preferred, but not essential for this role.
- Hold relevant Class C driver's license and transport.
- Demonstrate effective team management skills, including the ability to work alongside other professional colleagues.
- Demonstrate an exceptional eye for detail across all facets of golf course management/maintenance.
- Follow Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures, contributing to a safe working environment.
- Actively engage in promoting continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining open lines of communication with management.
Responsibilities:
- Championing open communication and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
- Working autonomously when necessary, following instructions and maintaining high standards of work.
- Adhering to Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures at all times.
- Accurately documenting completed tasks and entering relevant data.
- Regular mowing of greens, fairways, and rough areas using specialized equipment.
- Trimming and edging grass along walkways, bunkers, and other designated areas.
- Planting and maintaining ornamental plants, trees, and shrubs around the course to enhance its aesthetic appeal.
