We are the Premier Steakhouse in Geelong operating in our 18th year, serving the highest quality beef available. We have a stand out reputation with locals and visitors alike. Staff retention is as high as I've ever seen in a restaurant as we are one big happy family. Operating 5 nights a week from 6 PM (Tuesday through Saturday) closed on Public Holidays.
Qualifications & experience
- limited experience required as we will give you some extensive training
Tasks & responsibilities
- stock control, meat and veg ordering and grilling 6* beef of a char grill, keeping records for the health department, and keeping a clean kitchen as we have an open kitchen right in the restaurant
