Old School Pizza and stone grill is an Australian owned business, and has now expanded to Thornbury.

We Are currently looking for a experienced Pizza Chefs to be part of this new venture.

With a sense of great Italian food, wellness and community Old School Pizza strives to create an environment for everybody to relax, unwind/unplug, meet up and enjoy an amazing meal with friends, family or colleagues.

The Role 

Pizza Maker

Day-to-day operations will include:

• Preparing pizza during daily service; tasks include stretching, topping and oven work. 
• Experience cooking high-volume pizza in an Wood/gas oven is beneficial.
• Working effectively as a member of a team during busy service in a fast-paced environment with 2-3 team members.
• Various preparation of cured meats, cheeses, vegetables, dough and sauces.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment for the team. Enforcing hygiene standards in the workplace.
