- Proven experience with leadership in hospitality/entertainment venues (QSRs, Hotels, Bars, Pubs, Cafes, Cinemas).
- Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with roster and team management and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Organizational skills, passion for hospitality, and positive attitude.

As a Grill'd Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be:
- Leading, supporting, and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer service and great burgers.
- Driving for sales, growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager for high-standard operations, including rostering, stock management, and compliance.
- Prioritizing product quality, efficient processes, comprehensive training, safety, and employee satisfaction.
