Grocery Manager

Exciting Opportunity for a Casual Retail Supervisor/Grocery Manager with the Potential for Full-Time.

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Retail Supervisor / Grocery Manager at our Picton Store. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team and ensuring that the store runs smoothly. You will be expected to have a sound knowledge of occupational and food safe practices and be able to apply them effectively. Additionally, you should be familiar with the running of an organisation with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team and ensure that the store runs smoothly.
• Conduct stock-takes and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure that occupational and food safe practices are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Skills Required:

• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with diverse backgrounds and roles.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Physical capability for safe manual handling and being on your feet
• Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service for an outstanding shopping experience
• Friendly, approachable and positive team player
• Excellent presentation skills
• 3 years’ experience managing a team.
