We are looking for a Key Account Managerto join our grocery sales team in NSW, supporting the National Account Manager for our Mrs Mac's and Balfours products.
As our Key Account Manager, you are required to maintain solid relationships with the company's key clients, identify new business opportunities, analyse data and sales statistics, improve business and marketing strategies, manage multiple Key Accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided, and be directly involved in the setting up of promotional planning in both internal and external portals.
A knowledge and understanding of forecasting is highly regarded, as well as the ability to be organised and manage your time well.
About the role:
You will be based out of our office in Rhodes, New South Wales, and report directly to the National Account Manager.
As our Key Account Manager, you'll be required to support the National Account Manager to participate in all the daily national sales activities and help drive growth.
This will involve primarily administrative work, promotional planning, meeting minutes taking, and addressing all customer queries on grocery account portals (i.e., Partner hub for Woolworths and Coles Portals).
Additionally, you will be running product performance reports, participating in customer meetings, sample drop offs, and maybe even doing some interstate travel.
About you:
We are looking for an organised and motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar grocery sales role within a food manufacturing and/or FMCG environment.
- Prior experience working with Coles and/or Woolworths.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- A proven track record of sales experience/exposure, particularly within promotional planning.
- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- A valid Australian Driver's License.
