About you
You are physically fit and enjoys the outdoors, with the ability to run and ‘catch’ parachutes when they land. You are a hard worker and thrive in a fast paced environment, with exceptional customer service skills including great face to face, phone, and email manner. You are details orientated, understand manifesting functions and are ready to jump in a help where needed.
About the role
We are seeking Ground Crewat our Mission Beach Drop Zonedue to our continued success and ongoing growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support Skydive Instructors in preparing and training customers for skydives
- Assist in coordinating parachute landings
- Follow safety procedures and protocol
- High level of initiative and independence
- Willingness to work outside in a variety of weather
