Form of workWe currently have FBO's located at two locations - Gold Coast Airport and Essendon Fields Airport.
We are seeking a Ground Handler to join our team at our Essendon Fields (Essendon Airport) location. We are looking at an immediate start for the right candidate. The position will be permanent full-time.
In this role you will be responsible for providing first class service to existing and potential clients plus contributing to and ensuring the smooth execution of all administrative procedures procuring to international and domestic flights.
The FBO is a 24hr, 7 days a week operation from Monday through to Sunday.
Your working hours will be 38 hours per week plus reasonable additional overtime hours as required spread across a rotating roster which includes alternating Saturday and Sunday.

- Show attention to detail in everything you do
- Knowledge of the Aviation Industry advantageous but not essential
- Be able to work autonomously and can work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Work well and safely under pressure
- Reliable car is essential
- HR License (preferred but not essential)
- Impeccable appearance for meet and greet of influential clientele (uniforms are provided for all staff)
Duties will include:
- Marshalling aircraft
- Moving and Securing of Aircraft
- Organisation of aircraft refueling
- Assist in ground handling of Corporate Aviation Clients
- Operating and maintaining towing equipment and other specialist vehicles
- Assist in VIP catering requirements
- Assist in VIP Chauffeur requirements
- Paperwork required for international and domestic flights
- Maintaining a clean FBO
- Maintenance of Ground Servicing equipment
- General Administration
All training and PPE will be provided.
Casual position also available for the right candidate (hours will include weekends and late night/early mornings)
