About you
You are an experienced manager with excellent customer service and communication skills. You have prior experience managing a team with the ability to recruit, train and develop staff - people management. You have strong administration skills with proven attention to detail with a solid understanding of Microsoft office programs including Excel. You are honest, dedicated and will take accountability for your team.
About the role
We are on the lookout for a Ground Operations Supervisor for our Mission Beach drop zone.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervise all team members during the conduct of daily operations
- Manage and monitor staff rostering, training, compliance and awareness of company policies and procedures
- Facilitate effective communication through regular team meetings
- Office and administration duties including banking, cash reconciliation, uniform and supply ordering and back of house requirements.
- Keep the team well informed on company marketing initiatives, fostering their involvement and support.
- Develop and maintain positive internal and external relationships through communication and consultation.
- Recruitment and training of new team members
- Work closely with senior managers to supervise and monitor safety, training, compliance and awareness of company policies, procedures, leave entitlements and payroll approvals.
