Accounts Payable Vendor Maintenance Officer
About your new role
In this role, you'll ensure the accurate and timely processing of vendor data and payment requests, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include managing the Vendor Masterfile, conducting governance activities such as Vendor Audit reporting, and will be the go-to expert for vendor-related inquiries. Additionally, you’ll support the Creditor Services team by assisting with phone calls and emails, answering related Accounts Payable enquiries.
We're looking for people who have:
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- A solid understanding of financial procedures with experience in Accounts Payable or a related field
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A proactive approach to problem solving with the ability and drive to recognise opportunities for improvement to Vendor Maintenance procedures
