Controlling one of Perth’s largest landholdings, our client is the home of WA's largest aerodrome facility with 24/7 operational requirements and a dynamic, live environment.
Reporting into the Airfield Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of the grounds including the gardens, runways, and equipment. You will undertake a variety of roles including landscaping and gardening, plant and equipment maintenance, painting and line making and routine repairs.
The position is standard Monday - Friday hours however due to the nature of a 24 hour operational site, you will be required to work some afterhours and weekends. Overtime is paid with penalties.
Our client is open to different skill sets and experiences, however you will ideally come from a background in landscaping, plants and equipment maintenance or facilities management and be confident working in a dynamic environment where safety is key. Additionally, you will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills and be adaptable in your approach to work.
