This Grounds Maintenance Team Member position focuses on providing essential landscaping services to multiple Aged Care, retirement, and community housing residences. Reporting to the Field Operations Supervisor, this role involves a range of outdoor tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, fertilizing, and irrigation system maintenance.

Currently, due to growth and signing on a new customer, our client needs to build a team of Grounds Maintenance Team Members based in various locations across WA, with pairs of Team Members assigned to northern suburbs, southern suburbs, and the Bunbury region.
Description
This role will see you take absolute pride in the quality of your work, whilst being a strong representative of our client, you will interact with members of the community, ensuring the customers are impressed and satisfied with the end result you provide. Overall, the key areas of responsibility include (but not limited to):
- Perform landscaping services including mowing, pruning, and fertilizing.
- Conduct irrigation system testing and maintenance.
- Report ground conditions and perform external pressure washing as needed.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain clean work areas.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as required.
- Assist Team Members with troubleshooting and equipment inventory.
Profile
To be considered for this role you will have
- Full (unrestricted) working rights.
- Driver's license and secure parking for company vehicle/trailer.
- Current and valid Police Check.
- NDIS check as applicable.
- Experience with power equipment (lawnmowers, brush cutters, blowers).
- Proficiency in soil testing and landscape maintenance.
- Valid driver's license with trailer driving experience.
- Previous experience in landscaping services.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and make sound decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
This role involves intermittent bending, lifting, and kneeling in various weather conditions. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors, standing for extended periods, and operating equipment safely.

This full-time position is based in various locations across WA, with pairs of Team Members assigned to northern suburbs, southern suburbs, and the Bunbury region. The hourly rate is $35, and Team Members will share a vehicle and trailer.
