Memorial Parks and Garden Labourer

Allstaff Australia are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Memorial Parks and Garden Labourers to join our team.

As a Memorial Parks and Garden Labourer, you will play a vital role in the preservation and upkeep of our local Memorial parks and gardens.
 
 
Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Horticultural, gardening, or landscaping experience (preferably)e adaptable and flexible
• Have the capacity to perform heavy lifting, landscaping, and general maintenance duties for extended periods of time.
• Be highly customer-focused, have sensitivity to grieving people and to communicate effectively with the public.
• A capacity to be at ease working in a cemetery and crematoria environment.
• A willingness to work co-operatively as part of a team.
• Current manual unrestricted drivers' license.

Qual / exp required: You will have experience in and could perform a wide variety of manual labour tasks, indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. You love dealing with people, are adaptable and flexible and take great pride in your work. 

PPE gear required: Long sleeved high vis shirt (recommend bringing a spare work shirt in case of bad weather), long work pants, steel capped work boots, wide brimmed hat, sunglasses, and water bottle.

Location of work: 1774 – 1794 Mt Cotton Road, Carbrook, Queensland.
