Exciting Opportunities Awaiting You!
We're thrilled to be offering a full-time Grounds Crew position within our Glenray Industrial Services Division right here in Bathurst. The purpose of our Ground Maintenance crews is to work in the Bathurst community completing garden maintenance along side our supported employees.
Key Responsibilities in this role include:
- Gardening and lawn maintenance
- Garden beautification and landscaping
- Weeding, pruning, trimming of trees etc.
- Identification of appropriate trees/shrubs/ground coverings for planting
- Lawn mowing both push and ride on & whipper snipping
- Working in a team with Supported Employees
This role would suit a school leaver, as we will provide all the training that you need!
Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
- Communication: You are a team player that has strong communication skills.
- Experience: Prior relevant experience is a plus, but if you're motivated and eager to learn, we're excited to train you.
- Positive Attitude: Above all, a positive attitude is what’s needed
