ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Office and Facilities Manager, you will deal with a range of different projects of all sizes in residential services and office locations. You will respond to service calls in a timely fashion and demonstrate courteous and professional attitude.
You will troubleshoot, repair and/or escalate issues as appropriate. You will be expected to safely operate and maintain equipment within WHS guidelines. You will be expected to maintain an accurate service records.
Key Facilities Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repairs and groundwork
- Perform landscaping services to a number of sites including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weed control
- Garden refreshing - Woodchip, mulch, new plants etc
- Removal of all garden waste and transfer to authorizes waste station
- Keep building in clean order (wash buildings)
- Maintaining all tools and equipment in good working order
- Managing irrigation systems
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Experience in landscaping
- Ability to use relevant tools and equipment
- Good time management and organization
- Ability to engage and communicate with others including residents
- Be a problem solver
- Mindful of safe work practices
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Working with Children Card
- Police Clearance
- Justice Clearance
- Drivers Licence
