ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Office and Facilities Manager, you will deal with a range of different projects of all sizes in residential services and office locations. You will respond to service calls in a timely fashion and demonstrate courteous and professional attitude.

You will troubleshoot, repair and/or escalate issues as appropriate. You will be expected to safely operate and maintain equipment within WHS guidelines. You will be expected to maintain an accurate service records.

Key Facilities Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs and groundwork
• Perform landscaping services to a number of sites including mowing, edging, sweeping/blowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weed control
• Garden refreshing - Woodchip, mulch, new plants etc
• Removal of all garden waste and transfer to authorizes waste station
• Keep building in clean order (wash buildings)
• Maintaining all tools and equipment in good working order
• Managing irrigation systems

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Experience in landscaping
• Ability to use relevant tools and equipment
• Good time management and organization
• Ability to engage and communicate with others including residents
• Be a problem solver
• Mindful of safe work practices

PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Working with Children Card
• Police Clearance
• Justice Clearance
• Drivers Licence
