In this busy, varied role you will be providing high level support to the Corporate Operations Group Core and Personal Technology Leadership Team, together with general administrative support to the wider team.
What you'll be doing
You will be responsible for proactive diary management for four Directors, travel arrangements, meeting and event co-ordination, expense and purchase order reconciliations and senior stakeholder engagement, together with providing general administrative support to the wider team.

- Flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements
- Ability to arrange all facets of team administration whilst looking for opportunities to enhance processes to improve efficiency
- A strong desire to own administrative tasks and lighten the admin load from our leaders and wider team
- Self-motivated with the ability to self-direct as required
- Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
