We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Assistant to join our our client, a world-renowned express transportation company with a commitment to delivering fast and reliable services to more than 200 countries and territories.You will play an integral role in ensuring customer’s shipments are processed and delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
This role is based on site in Enfield five days a week, working closely with colleagues and business divisions
The duties of the role include but are not limited to:
- Administrative duties
- Data entry and maintaining shipment records
- Providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
- Coordinating and communicating with other team members to ensure efficient handling of shipments
To be suitable for this role you will have:
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Time management
