Group CrownResorts Foundation and Community Partnerships Co-Ordinator

The Group Co-Ordinator for Crown Resorts Foundation and Community Partnerships is responsible for supporting, assisting, and administering Crown’s philanthropic community activity and partnerships across the business and the Crown Resorts Foundation.

This includes actively engaging with community partners on projects, leading the coordination of Crown’s response to natural disasters, and assessing and facilitating community and charity requests. The role will also administer the Community Champions programs across all three properties, ensuring this initiative continues to grow across the business as part of Crown’s overall EVP. 

Reporting to the Group General Manager Crown Foundation and Community Partnerships, the Group Co-Ordinator will assist with the monthly reporting of community engagement activity, assist in the coordination of the Crown’s community investment, and facilitate opportunities for Crown to play a leading role in giving back. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination of the Crown Resorts Foundation and Community Partnerships support across internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and Community partners, Foundation grant recipients, event sponsorship programs and Crown’s Community Champions.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of new policies, processes and procedures to ensure compliant, efficient, and effective systems.
  • Support the management and delivery of community partner programs and campaigns.
  • Creation, coordination and promotion of all Foundation and Community Partnerships content on key communication platforms e.g. Workplace, SharePoint, and Crown website.
  • Superior corporate record keeping for precise and accurate information collection and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work cooperatively with other Crown team members, displaying care, empathy and understanding for all roles.
  • Manage all data, records and financial programs relating to partnership agreements, charity donations and event sponsorships.
  • Manage the team member grants programs including promotion, application processes, assessments, payment of grants against and overall budget. 

Key selection criteria:

  • Proven ability to work in demanding situations with commitment to deadlines.
  • Proven ability to represent the organsation in external arenas.
  • Proven ability to develop, create and facilitate invoicing and budget management.
  • Good track record of creating and implementing new processes.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Process orientated, with solid attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Extensive administrative support and/or partnership coordination experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including working with senior management, internal teams, external partners, and guests.
  • Preferred work experience from a similar philanthropy, not-for-profit, hospitality, and/or integrated resort industry.
