About the Role.

This is a newly vacant role joining our Move With Us team, headquartered in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. Reporting to the Head of Operations + eCommerce, this role will suit a junior eCommerce professional who is capable of cohesively elevating our digital workflows, and looking to take the next step in their career.

In this hands-on role, the successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with a number of internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable insights into website and App engagement, driving strategic alignment between web and App development, contributing to our platform development roadmaps and owning the feedback loop back into all stakeholders regarding the delivery of key digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities.

As the Digital Operations Coordinator, this role is responsible for activities for across eCommerce, Reporting, Product (App) departments, including:

• Providing valuable insights into app and website engagement and present key, actionable insights to the wider team;
• On a daily and ad-hoc basis, extracting and transforming data from different sources (e.g. Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Apple and Google Play Stores etc).
• Driving strategic alignment between app and web development;
• Contributing to our platform development roadmaps and owning the feedback loop back into all stakeholders of key digital initiatives;
• Maintaining the accuracy and consistency of eCommerce data across all systems;
• Coordinating with externals to lead the ideation and execution of all website landing page design improvements;
• Continuously optimise recurring platform tasks and create templates, automations or reports to increase operational efficiency
• Provide visibility on e-commerce trading performance and trends to ensure the wider marketing team is aware of performance against budget and prior year;
• Support the Head of Operations in handling data analysis, system integration, including data cleansing, testing support, defect triage and resolution;
• Collaborating with the Product Manager and Marketing teams in the creation of design storyboards in order to identify design and user experience;
• Identify bugs and user experience improvements and coordinate and monitor their timely resolution;
• Performing software vendor reviews;
• Translating the Move With Us Product strategy into App user requirements to ensure the Development Roadmap aligns with business objectives;
• Support the Product Manager in ensuring rigorous and effective consultation and product and market research occurs for all submitted development requests to ensure a ROI focused product-Roadmap.

About You.

The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience:

Essential Requirements:

• 1-3 years experience in a direct to consumer (DTC) eCommerce role.
• Experience with Shopify Plus platform.
• Positive Mental Attitude: you surround yourself with positivity and aim to empower others around you.
• Data-Driven: you are curious, but let data and evidence guide your actions. You aren't afraid of a spreadsheet (don't worry, full training provided!).
• Continuous learner: you learn by doing, ask questions early, receive feedback, and focus on getting better every day.
• Attention to detail: you care about the details and the end result, and love the responsibility of knowing that your work will impact thousands of users.
• Technically-Minded: you like tinkering and figuring out how things work.
• Communicator: You are confident in distilling thoughts, concepts and instructions through clear and concise writing and speaking. But you are also able to actively listen to others to frame problems and potential solutions.
• Passion for health and fitness.

Desirable (but not essential):

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, IT, Business.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, or desire to learn on the job.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4.
• Experience with project management software (e.g. Asana, Jira or similar).
• Basic exposure to using HTML, CSS, or Liquid, or desire to learn on the job.
