Group Decision Support Senior Manager

This role will deliver key insights and strategic analysis to senior leadership for enhanced commercial decision making. You will need to demonstrate a deep knowledge of retail banking performance drivers, and have strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provision of strategic analysis and insights to drive group performance, including performance commentary
• Delivery of scenario based financial modelling to drive NIM enhancement and growth
• Balance sheet analysis to optimise the bank's use of capital
• Deep-dive peer analysis across various product and risk-adjusted return metrics
• Stakeholder management and proactive engagement with business divisions to drive optimised balance sheet performance

Experience:

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of retail banking performance drivers with a focus on revenue (across PnL and balance sheet)
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Strong communicator and an ability to influence senior leadership
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
