TG Retail (a division of TGC Property Group) are seeking a Senior Lease & Contract Administration Manager to join our shopping centre management team in a permanent full time role.
The role will focus on Lease & Contract Administration, stakeholder management and process improvements across a portfolio of our friendly, community minded shopping centres.
Key Responsibilities:- Preparing retail leasing documents for execution
- Extracting lease information and licenses into system
- Proactive management of lease transaction files
- Maintain bank guarantee and insurance register
- Coordinate with General Manager, Operations & Contract Manager and Legal for tenant activations
- General support to the wider Property & Leasing team
- Contact, respond or direct to department heads, all existing and new tenant enquiries regarding leasing, legal, tenancy works and approvals
- Ensuring current knowledge of legislative claims and reforms
The Candidate:
- Minimum of +3 years’ experience in retail property lease administration role
- Have a strong understanding of current market rents and trends within the property industry
- Excellent time management, administrative, verbal and written skills
- The ability to handle a large leasing workload and meet deadlines
- A keen eye for detail and an ability to follow processes
- Knowledge of the Retail Lease Act NSW 1994
- Proactive and self-motivated
- A willingness to roll sleeves up and participate in any ad-hoc projects
- Ability to learn new software system quickly
- Advanced in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of the MRI system
