The Group Finance Manager is a key role within our organisation, responsible for leading a large shared services team of 10 individuals.

Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller the key functions of this role include:
- Overseeing the shared services function comprising all accounting, management reporting and accounts payable aspects
- Overseeing the Group treasury functions, including reviewing the daily cashflow forecasts
- End to end preparation/review of the month-end financial reporting requirements
- Co-ordination of statutory audits, monitoring and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial management and regulatory requirements
- Co-ordinating the budgeting/forecasting across a multi-division company
- Collaborate and work closely with multiple teams and functions to meeting reporting deadlines and provide advice and assistance assist when necessary
- Leading and developing effective finance and shared services staff and their respective teams

In addition to this you will have
- CA/CPA qualified with relevant finance/accounting degree
- Experience within a large ASX corporate, with previous Big-4 experience preferred
- Experience with providing strong and effective leadership
- High level financial analysis, modelling, forecasting and budgeting skills
- Ability to develop strategic plans incorporating key business and customer objectives
- High attention to detail with a systematic and organised approach to work
