F45 Training Lidcombe is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Instructor for our amazing studio with 6 - 12 hours available per week each.

F45 Training is a 45-minute team-based facility focused on functional circuit training. F45 is a revolutionary training system changing lives around the globe everyday.

Responsibilities as an F45 Coach:

• Deliver an incredible customer-focused session EVERY time!
• Building supportive relationships with our members and provide them with support to achieve their fitness goals including providing nutritional and training technique advice.
• Maintain a safe and clean looking studio whilst taking initiative to keep it looking presentable at all times.
• Packing and setting up sessions including appropriate layout of equipment.
• Create a fun, motivating atmosphere for people to keep coming back for MORE!

Essential requirements

• Previous Group Fitness training experience with a minimum Cert III (Cert IV preferable but not essential)
• A Can DO attitude with a passion for fitness and a genuine interest in improving people's health and fitness.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Sales experience (not essential but will be highly regarded).
• Must love early morning starts!
