A Great Opportunity
In this dynamic and highly collaborative leadership position, you’ll oversee all things Group Fitness, along with leading a large team of 90+ people. The fast-paced, ever-changing environment ensures that no two days are alike. As you work, you’ll acquire new skills, forge lasting relationships, and devise creative solutions on the fly. Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Leadership and Team Management
- Training and Coaching
- Delivering Group Fitness Programs
- Community Engagement
- Safety and compliance
Our ideal candidate is a passionate leader and fitness industry expert with tertiary qualifications in fitness and leadership. Expertise in core fitness products, along with excellent organizational, administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities, are essential.
About You
You will be passionate about delivering memorable experiences for team, customers and the wider community. You will have:
- Demonstrated experience managing a large Group Fitness team / timetable
- Proven ability to stay up to date with trends in the industry
- Tertiary qualifications in fitness and leadership
- Expertise in core fitness offerings
- Demonstrated experience in developing high-performing teams and fostering a constructive and inclusive culture
- Proven ability to be agile in a constantly evolving industry
- Excellent organisational and administration skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Current Working with Children Check
