AddressGroup Fitness Manager – World Gym Coomera
World Gym Coomera are seeking a dynamic and motivated rock star who enjoys working with a diverse group of wonderful instructors to join our amazing team with a passion for fitness and health. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, have excellent leadership skills, and be able to manage and grow our Group Fitness programs. Position is for 20 hours per week.
What you’ll be doing in this role:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Group Fitness department.
- Managing class KPI’s, supporting staff to achieve targets.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of Group Fitness instructors.
- Administration duties
- Ensure the highest standards of class delivery and customer service.
- Monitor class attendance and member feedback to continuously improve the program.
- Collaborate with the management & marketing to promote Group Fitness classes and events.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all members.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new fitness techniques and programs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and promotes and sense of community among members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Cert 3 or 4 in fitness and 3 years experience in the Fitness industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills to be able to liase between members , instructors and management
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- CPR & first aid certification is required.
-Be able to Teach Les mills classes and/or freestyle classes across the timetable
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
