The Opportunity:
Use your Brand Marketing skills in work that will have a positive impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of thousands. We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to build brand equity and drive consumer demand across our Goodlife Health Clubs portfolio. This role will encompass brand management, campaign development and social media strategy. Ensuring alignment with the company's marketing objectives and commercial goals.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will oversee brand execution across all touchpoints, maintaining consistency and excellence in delivery. By working closely with key members of the Goodlife team, including Sales Operations, Club Operations, HR, and Legal, the Brand Marketing Manager will drive the operational marketing strategy to the highest standards, ensuring the achievement of agreed marketing KPIs.
Leveraging data and consumer insights, you will enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and member acquisition, contributing to the overall growth and success of Goodlife Health Clubs. You will thrive in a fast-changing and collaborative environment where people are enthusiastic, curious, and accountable.
Key duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to establish and maintain brand identity, positioning, and messaging across all channels
- Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand strategy and contribute to the overall brand goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to understand consumer insights and competitive landscape to refine brand strategies
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Manager to assist planning and execution of the campaign calendar while acting as the brand guardian to ensure all marketing activities are on brand and maintain consistency
- Leverage the Brand strategy to develop an effective content & social media strategy and framework across Goodlife Health Clubs to deliver the key brand objectives and build social presence and community engagement
- Own and manage the content across website and social media platforms
- Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to ensure alignment with objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications
- Plan, create and schedule relevant and engaging content which is platform appropriate across FLG's owned social media channels
- Use our social media management tool (Hootsuite) to schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms
- Be the lead on all social monitoring and listening. Analysing and reporting on content performance and engagement across all social platforms
- Own and manage the development of website content in collaboration with the marketing technology team supporting the SEO strategy
- Collaborate with and manage existing influencers to source content as part of the overarching social and content strategy.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in a related marketing role
- Strategic & creative mindset with a focus on driving results and meeting targets
- Proven experience developing marketing activity and collateral, digital programs, and events that support both brand development and lead generation
- In depth knowledge of social networks' best practices – design, functionality, users (best time to post, tagging influencers, character limit) – across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok & LinkedIn
- Experience of using the latest social media management/monitoring/analysis tools and platforms such as Hootsuite
