About the Company
Our client is a custom home builder specialising in knock down re-builds across the North Shore and Northern Beaches. Operating for over 10 + years, they are increasingly becoming one of the most reputable builders in the custom building space, building between 50-60 homes a year with average contract values between $1.5M - $3M.
Each home is architecturally designed with a range of Contemporary, Modern and Hampton style designs on offer. Due to growth, this builder is looking to expand their team and is seeking a part-time Office Manager to support their business day to day.
About the Role
Working out of a newly refurbished office space, you will work closely with the various stakeholders and teams across the business. We are ideally seeking someone who is looking for part-time hours (25 hours a week) that is local to the North Shore region.
Day to day duties will include:
- Oversee and manage WH&S and Maintenance matters
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
- Meet and greet clients
- Assist with maintaining and updating business insurances
- Coordinate and manage all internal office services
- Manage inventory and purchasing
- Manage and assist with any IT administration matters
- Assist with the set-up and induction of new staff and employees
- Assist with sales and marketing support as required
What You Need
- Minimum 2-3yearsas anOffice Manager, or within a highly administrative and diverse support role
- Experience within the construction industry will be highly regarded
- Exceptional face to face presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience supporting various teams and departments across a business

- Salary package up to $80K plus superannuation (pro-rata based on 25 hours per week)
