Group Fitness Trainer - F45 Norwood

We are looking for a high level, passionate and energetic trainer to join our thriving team at F45 Norwood!

We pride ourselves on maintaining a high level of performance and standards in the gym. We are strictly looking for high performers that have an admirable work ethic and willingness to learn. 

Responsibilities 

• Deliver the F45 High-Intensity Interval Group Training sessions to a high standard.
• Ensure clients are using correct technique and are performing exercises safely at all times.
• Deliver instructions on exercises with the correct fitness terminology whilst offering progressions and regressions on any given exercise
• ALWAYS motivating and inspiring our gym members.
• Continue to build the community and culture of the studio by inspiring and promoting an energetic environment 
• Assist in promoting the studio through our social media accounts 
• Maintain a clean and organised studio.

Hours:

• Combination of mornings, evenings & weekends
• Early morning sessions between 5-10am and night sessions between 4:30 - 7:30pm. 
• Are you a coach elsewhere and wanting to add to your current hours & experience? We want to hear from you!

Skills and experience

• Minimum Cert III in Fitness & Cert IV in Fitness
• Current first aid cert.
• Current Fitness registration. 
• Experience in personal training &/or group training (F45 experience desirable).
• Eager to learn and develop new skills for personal development.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Strong experience in customer service and interactions.
• Passionate about fitness and representing the F45 core values.
