We're looking for a trainer to come on board with us at BBR! We have gyms across Perth, Claremont, Jolimont and at the Airport.
NO RENT MODEL
At BBR our trainers coach around 10-20 classes per week and run their own Personal Training around their BBR roster.
Our model is based around effort and vibe. We ask our coaches to give 110% when coaching the BBR classes and in return have access to train their P.T clients out of the BBR facilities.
We drive a positive team environment and reward effort. We also refer P.T clients to our trainers that will be the best fit for the member.
We see this as a HUGE incentive to our team as you'll be able to create revenue from the BBR classes, your personal P.T clients, referred P.T clients and online clients if you have an online platform.
We also have a photographer/videographer and organise team photoshoots every quarter so you'll have lots of images to use if you like to share across your platforms.
