Casual Group Trainer Position

About the business

F45 Training Innaloo is currently seeking an amazing Casual Coach to deliver this team based, high intensity interval training. Our award winning Studio is home to over 200+ members.

The F45 model is built on having enthusiastic Trainers who are truly motivated, costumer focused people who care about the health and wellbeing of our clients. 

The Role: 

• 10 - 20 hours a week

Key Responsibilities 

1. Deliver high quality group training classes to F45 clients
2. Ensure that the studio is impeccably maintained
3. Contribute to the Team Training Culture
4. Assist in the development of the studio

Key Attributes 

1. Proven personal/ group training experience
2. High level communication skills
3. Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients
4. Ability to develop strong relationships with clients and business partners
5. Confident to work individually and be a team player
6. Self-motivated and goal orientated
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Common sense attitude to problem-solving

You will be required to:

1. Run classes in a vibrant energetic manner
2. Build a rapport with clients
3. Set up classes
4. Foster a sense of community
5. create fun social media content
6. be available for at least 2 weekends of every month

Skills and experience

1. Minimum Cert 3 is required and Cert 4 is preferable
2. F45 Training experience is preferred
3. Senior First Aid Certificate
4. Experience with group exercise
5. A willingness to work flexible hours
