The Westpoint Autos and HG Groups are a large successful family owned and operated Automotive Dealer Group in Queensland spanning from Beaudesert to Bowen and headquartered in the western suburbs of Brisbane. Our diverse range of automotive franchises include new vehicle OEM, authorised service and repair workshops, a 4WD & Off-Road Superstore, new and used caravan & camper sales, an independent finance & brokerage business, a rideshare and subscription partnership, plus one of the largest used vehicle operations in Queensland.

 With substantial growth planned for 2024 and beyond, we are looking to appoint a dynamic and forward-thinking Group Fleet& Business Development Manager to drive our Fleet Sales growth and corporate customer retention strategy from the front. With a solid sales footprint of more than 35 years in business, we are represented by multiple Top 10 Automotive brands, plus much, much more! To support our ambitious goals, our team require a dedicated and experienced Group Fleet& Business Development Manager to join our Sales Management team. You will be part of an innovative, collaborative group with a focus on our people – customers and employees, whilst growing our profitability and maintaining exceptional client retention.

The successful candidate would need to demonstrate:

• Committed and stable background in Vehicle Sales Management & Business Development, preferably Fleet
• A reliable, mature and growth focused attitude
• Genuine aspirations to be the ‘Best-in-Class’
• Strong passion for customer service and retention
• Ability to deliver the best outcome for our clients, your team and our Manufacturers
• Expert negotiation, communication and problem solving skills 
• Proven experience in a sales management and Business Development in a B2B environment
• A valid drivers licence and ability to obtain a Motor Vehicle Sales Certificate
