Location: Brisbane, QLD
Hours – Flexible Full-Time Permanent, 76-hour fortnight.

Our company is growing, and we need a positive and motivated brand ambassador to drive sales growth by delivering superior customer service within a designated territory.
You will be focused on building and maintaining long term business relationships with our existing and potential customers. Ideally be based in Brisbane or surrounding suburbs, you will also be accountable for a small regional territory.
Our next ‘Sales Superstar’ will be an energetic person who thrives on generating new business and has a passion for building genuine professional relationships via networking and prospecting, and has experience in setting goals and strategies for achieving success.

Your core responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Wholesale, Key Account, and End-User customers in New South Wales
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing clients. This includes distributors and prospective customers to generate new business for the organisation's products.
- Achieve budget sales volume targets and KPI's
- Identify potential areas of growth and pursue such opportunities at all times in order to maximize sales and support continued growth.
- Identify opportunities for new business with existing accounts to drive extra product lines within the end user category.
- Involvement in business reviews and execution of sales plans driving a solid growth agenda
Ideally, you will:
- Have a genuine interest and passion for the Food Service industry and ability to be self-motivated with a willingness to continually learn and develop your skills
- Have proven sales experience within the food service channel dealing with distributors, and/or Key Accounts
- Have a strong wholesale B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Possess excellent organisational and planning skills to ensure effective account management
- Be results driven and proactive with a positive "can do" attitude
- Be computer Literate – Excel, Word, etc.
