Our opportunity
The Architecture capability sits within the Platform layer of Mirvac's integrated digital operating model. Working alongside Digital and Business leadership, the Group Manager, Architecture will establish and maintain Mirvac's Digital roadmap to enable Digital to support current and future business objectives. The Group Manager, Architecture will also lead and develop the Architecture team and practice.
Digital Vision: To rapidly unlock the future value of our integrated business model for our customers, places and people through frictionless digital platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Strategically partner with business leadership to maintain a clear understanding of their strategy and objectives, and ensure their support for current and future digital initiatives.
· Make a key contribution to the formation and continual evolution of Mirvac's Digital strategy.
· Establish and maintain Mirvac's technology/digital roadmap and ensure its continued alignment to business strategies, objectives and Mirvac's Digital strategy.
· Identify relevant existing and emerging technologies that can benefit the Mirvac business and advise the leadership on trends that have the potential to significantly impact Mirvac's customers, markets and products.
· Identify opportunities to leverage Digital to improve business performance and engage proactively with business leadership to promote these opportunities.
· Identify and architect high level solution roadmaps to improve business performance, customer service and enhance products and services.
· Lead the architecting of technology solutions and estimates in support of the delivery of business initiatives, projects and programs.
· Lead, enhance and embed architectural governance processes and forums.
· Lead and develop the Architecture team, practice and its working relationships with other Digital teams.
· Develop and maintain a high performing architecture capability.
· Behave in alignment with the Digital@Mirvac culture code and Mirvac values.
Your point of difference
· At least 10 years' experience in Architecture roles, with at least five of those years in senior architecture positions
· Working within Digital teams and sharing learnings with employees and leveraging their experience
· Leading technology and joint business/technology teams
· Producing and maintaining Enterprise Architecture content
· Designing solution roadmaps that connect to that Enterprise content
· Relevant tertiary level qualifications
· Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills at the executive level
· Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Running an Architecture practice - establishing governance and frameworks
· Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality with a strong results and customer focus
· Diverse thinking and inclusive mindset aligning to Mirvac Values and Digital@Mirvac Culture Code
· Building and managing stakeholder relationships, including at the executive level
· Dealing with fast paced and dynamic initiatives
