Group Marketing Manager

With no expense spared in its fit-out, this venture is poised to set new standards in luxury hospitality.  Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing efforts and be an integral part of the opening team for this exciting new precinct and its existing porfolio of 5+ venues.

The role:

• Oversee the creation of compelling content to showcase the precinct's unique offerings and drive customer engagement in anticipation of the precinct open
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the precinct's offerings across various channels
• Collaborate with the management team to define target audience segments and tailor marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage with them.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance the precinct's visibility and reputation.
• Coordinate with external agencies or vendors to execute marketing initiatives seamlessly and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.

  
Candidate profile:

• Proven experience in marketing roles within the hospitality industry, with a focus on multi-site venues and luxury offerings.
• In-depth knowledge of the Sydney market, including consumer trends, competitor landscape, and local regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
