We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the hands on role role of Group People + Performance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organisational success.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Manage a Team: Lead a team of four employees responsible for delivering People + Performance functions across all business units and corporate functions.
• Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent.
• Employee Engagement: Design and execute programs to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Workers Compensation & Injury Management: Oversee workers compensation claims and injury management for the group with the RTW and IM Officer.
• Performance Management: Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
• Compliance: Ensure employees are compliant with certifications, licenses, HR policies, labour laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Learning Management: Utilize the Learning Management System to ensure policies and compliance are implemented and adhered to for all employees.
• Training & Development: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and implement relevant learning programs.
• Data Analysis: Analyse HR metrics and data to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
• HR Support: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to enhance organizational performance.
