Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a National Training Manager based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for remote work. The National Training Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs for retail staff across Australia and New Zealand. This includes developing training materials, delivering training sessions, and assessing the effectiveness of the training programs. The National Training Manager will also work closely with the HR and Operations teams to identify training needs and create a culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop relevant materials
- Experience with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
