THE ROLE
- Reporting to the Revenue and Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to;
- Inputting Group rooming lists
- Distribution of Group information to the Hotel
- Ensuring all duties and responsibilities are completed and followed up in the required timeframe.
- Taking responsibility to ensure all enquiries are addressed and all relevant information is taken correctly
- Success in this role will be reliant on strong relationships with the precinct sales team and maximizing the potential within the Penrith market.
THE CRITERIA
- Minimum 1 year Prior Reservations experience
- Experience using Opera Cloud is highly advantageous, but not a necessity.
- Accor experience is highly advantageous, but not a necessity.
- Experience in a hotel with large conference and convention business is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication skills
