Position Overview:
We seek an experienced CRM Support Analyst to bolster Zone RV's Sales, Service, and Marketing Teams. This pivotal role will focus on harnessing the full power of HubSpot CRM while ensuring seamless integration and support for our suite of related systems. If you're passionate about leveraging technology to optimise business processes and possess a strong background in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, we're eager to connect with you.
Responsibilities:
• Provide primary support for Hubspot CRM, overseeing configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to align with team requirements.
• Act as the frontline resolver for all CRM-related issues across sales, service and marketing teams.
• Drive the integration of HubSpot with other digital systems, maximising functionality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify system needs and enhancements and customise solutions that align with business objectives.
• Work closely with vendors and internal IT support teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
Skills and Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in a CRM support or analyst capacity, demonstrating a deep proficiency in HubSpot CRM.
• Exceptional technical understanding, enabling efficient day-to-day operations and support functions management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, delivering prompt resolutions to issues as they arise.
• Effective communication skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
• Track record of facilitating CRM system training and adoption in a corporate environment.
