We are seeking a Group Technical Manager to provide comprehensive product technical support across our business units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and product development, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, while also identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering and technical support to our business units
- Develop and deliver product technical training to our businesses
- Work with suppliers on key product improvements
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our standards
- Identify opportunities to improve business results through innovation
- Assist in the development of new products, including testing and compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a manufacturing or product development environment
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including testing and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies is a plus
