The Grout Guy is looking for tilers to work within our NSW team. We are a fast-growing business currently located across Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane. We take pride in providing quality service to our customers and a positive work environment for our employees. We are a passionate and enthusiastic team striving to be the best in our industry! 

This role is permanent with leave entitlements.

Reporting to the State Manager, the successful applicant will:

• Drive our branded company vehicle with fuel, tolls and uniform provided
• Have all tools and equipment provided and be paid on a weekly basis
• Follow a pre-set schedule that is provided with full administration support. No more chasing jobs!
• Meet with customers and quote new jobs
• Manage your day and your jobs via our app
• Re-grout and seal leaking showers, splash-backs, floors, balconies, etc
• Occasionally tile
• Monthly meet ups & Annual Pay reviews

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Be a Certified Wall and Floor Tiler with a White Card and Driver's Licence
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to provide a fantastic service to our customer
• Be reliable and have a great work ethic and positive attitude
• Be able to work well under pressure and be supportive within a team environment
• Fluently speak, read, & write in English
• Provide a police check
• All paperwork is to be submitted prior to the commencement date
