About the opportunity
The Growth, Business Intelligence and Data Insights Manager will hold a critical role in driving the Growth division through data-driven decision making and strategic initiatives. Managing the internal and external data landscape, this role will provide critical insights and actionable strategies to achieve the organisation’s growth objectives.
Based in Sydney, we are looking for a strategic individual with a strong understanding of data collation and interpretation, able to present simplified information to help identify new programs and initiatives to future proof the organisation in a constantly changing environment. Essentially the successful candidate will use data to support strategic innovative decisions, with the objective of supporting the community and growing the organisation.
Duties will include:
- Leading the data driven strategy and growth initiatives
- Managing and developing the research and customer insight teams
- Facilitating collaboration and communication between business divisions
- Preparing and delivering data driven presentations
- Staying current with industry trends and technologies
The successful candidate will have:
- A strategic mind set and the ability to use data to support strategic innovative decisions, with the goal growing the organisation
- Experience in a similar community services, not for profit, education or government organisation, (Employment Services experience would be desirable but not essential)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and prioritising skills
- Excellent leadership skills, to train and develop staff as necessary
- Ability to simplify complex statistical data into informative insights
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- The ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Results orientated with strong commercial and financial acumen
- The ability to work to a high standard with exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management, and able to work well under pressure to meet agreed deadlines
- A collaborative approach but able to work independently and proactively
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Check
