We are currently seeking experienced Guest Service Agents (GSA) / Receptionists to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Job Description: We are looking for two dynamic individuals to join our team as Guest Service Agents (GSA) / Receptionists. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, possess excellent customer service skills, and be familiar with RMS PMS. This role will require you to work independently, handle various tasks simultaneously, and assist the hotel manager as needed. Must be Tech savy due to the tools and digital check-in platforms we use
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and efficiently check them in and out of the hotel.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Utilize RMS PMS software for reservations, check-ins, and other front-desk tasks.
- Assist with reservations across multiple properties.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members on and offshore to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using RMS PMS software.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- RSA certification is required.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.- Goki, Kaba key locking systems - ticketing system (email ticketing across multiple hotels
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
