ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Guest Experience Ambassador to take five star service to the next level! You will be creating lasting first impressions by putting the guest’s needs first as they enter and exit the hotel. You will be getting to know the VIP guests by remembering their preferences and showing various amenities the hotel has to offer.
YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
- Creating positive first and last impressions with guests to the hotel
- Making a welcoming stay for VIP guests
- Maintaining a presence in the hotel’s lobby and Executive Lounge areas to assist with questions
- Maintain up to date knowledge of the hotel and hotel happenings e.g. events, conferences etc.
- Understand the different hotel room types, amenities and the opening/closure times for guests knowledge
- Liaising with other departments for any VIP amenities to be placed in guest rooms

• Previous customer service experience in a luxury setting
