About the Role:

Reporting to the Site Management team, Guest Experience Attendants will be expected to deliver customer service to the highest possible standard, a first-class quality experience of film and food & beverage service.
You will be responsible for day-to-day cinema operations including ticket, food and beverage sales, cash handling and ensuring our cinemas are looking fresh and clean for all our customers.

Your passion for all things film, entertainment and hospitality will shine through in your application. You will possess outstanding customer service skills and be committed to providing a superior experience for all film goers. Overall, you’ll be a team player who brings a fun and enthusiastic attitude to work daily.
Availability
We’re excited to offer a flexible and rotational roster that supports you and your life, however with great movies, comes great responsibility so we need support around our peak periods.
This means we are looking for staff who can contribute to evenings and weekends with the flexibility to increase hours and work across public/school holidays on a regular basis.

- Successful applicants will need to complete a successful Right to Work check, which requires you to upload either an Australian/New Zealand passport, or birth certificate and driver’s license/photo identification.
- Successful applicants will be required to attend one of our mandatory induction sessions. This is an introduction to our business and where we will communicate important information about your exciting new Village Cinemas role.
