Job Summary:
The Guest Experience Member will play a vital role in providing an exceptional Guest Experience at The FRIENDS Experience. This role requires active engagement with guests, operation of the box office, maintaining cleanliness and organization within the venue, and sharing Friends trivia knowledge to enhance guest engagement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Ability to converse with patrons of experience and manage large crowds
Operate the box office, assist with ticket purchases, answer enquiries, and handle any issues that may arise. - Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized venue.
- Engage guests by sharing Friends trivia, enhancing their experience and enjoyment of the event.
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality Guest Experience.
- Stay active and mobile throughout shifts to attend to various duties and guest needs.
- Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods of time.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Passion for the TV show Friends and strong knowledge of Friends trivia.
- Ability to maintain an active and energetic attitude throughout shifts.
- Experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role would be advantageous.
- Proactive, friendly, and team-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest complaints effectively and professionally.
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one is preferable.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work during event hours, which will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
The role requires continuous movement throughout the venue, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items during shifts. The role may require the operation of cleaning and other equipment.
