YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- High attention to detail with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments
- Demonstrated experience within either Front Office, Reservations or with general administration
- A demonstrated commitment to be part of a positive and supportive team
- Experience within the Hospitality and/or Tourism industry advantageous
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Provide friendly, courteous and professional service to all guests
- Manage the guest room inventory and accounts in line with hotel procedures
- Attend to check-in and check-out of guests in an efficient manner
- Liaise with other departments including Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Assist guests with general enquires and provide share your local knowledge to provide recommendations
